Conflict Mineral Policy

J-Hobbs Machine Corp. is aware that certain of its customers are required to make disclosures, or certifications to their respective customers regarding, whether “conflict minerals” necessary to the functionality or production of their products originated in the Democratic Republic of Congo (“DRC”) or adjoining countries, pursuant to Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the “Act”) and the Conflict Minerals rules recently adopted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). These “conflict minerals” initially consist of specified minerals and derivatives thereof, namely, tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold.

Based on a reasonable inquiry of our suppliers, we have determined that, as of January 1, 2014, the products we supply to you do not contain conflict minerals from the DRC. Accordingly, we hereby certify to you that any material we supply to you, from and after January 1, 2014, is “DRC conflict free.”

Sincerely,

J-Hobbs Machine Corp.
